Company sends dead products, operates their business by internet - Accept orders, payments, send order confirmations and shipping notifications - all via the internet and for their benefit.
But when customer receive dead and rotted plants, they claim they are not tech savy enough to accept complaints, replacement and refund requests via email ( the same methode they use to operate the rest of their business and receive your cash) but make you send all this info via snail mail!
THen they take 8-10 weeks to process your replacements - and then send you more dead rotting bulbs. They offer to replace them again, but in another 8-10 weeks, its too late to plant! or as a "Bonus" i can receive a voucher to wait an entire year to get more dead bulbs next season - No thanks!
Stay away from this company! As other pointed out, for a refund, you only have 14 days, but if your planting bulbs (unless they are completely black and rotted like mine) you wont know untl after the 14 days. Phone is constandly busy and hard to get through - probably from the thousands of dissatisfied customer calling constantly!
Also this business operates under many names - which also should tell you something (Royal Dutch Gardens, Dutch Gardens, Burgess Seed, Holland Bulbs) - they are all the same scammers stealing peoples hard earned money.
Pass this on to all friends and family. I only wish I had seen some notice before wasting my $60 - Thankfully it wasnt more. I had already ordered about $500 worth of plants between 3 other companies, all of which were good and reputable with quality product. This business shoudl be forced to shut down.
