Not saticfied this time when recieving my merchandice
when my order arrived one of the mosquito shoo geranium plants was broken and dead and one of the 3-in-one angel trumpet plants was broken and dead and I received two maple trees in place of black tupelo trees and I don't have any use for the maple trees no where to plant them every thing else was good

I e-mailed Burgess on May 12 because we had not received 50 strawberry plants that we had ordered about April 1. On May 12 after we had sent the e-mail we received an e-mail from Burgess stating our order had been sent on May 11. We received the plants on May 18. And much to our surprise they were very excellent plants and very healthy. It has been raining everyday here so we were not able to plant them until Friday May 22. But we are pleased to say the plants are thriving and look very alive and well. Maybe I was too quick to judge the service from Burgess. But their reputation had preceded them as not very reliable with their plants and service. But I will say that we have been very happy with their plants and maybe I was wrong about the planting date for our zone. Thanks so much and we would recommend Burgess as a vendor.

i have ordered from this company for 4 garden seasons. everything i have ordered and planted have grown and done extremely well. anyone that doubts this let me know ill post pictures of last years garden...couldnt be happier with their plants and i am getting ready to order this years plants. have never had a problem with receiving dead plants, matter of fact, the tomato plants look better than the local garden shops and out produce by far THANK YOU BURGESS FOR GOOD PRODUCE AND WONDERFUL PRICES
