you have sent me 2 times one stella cherry tree one early rich cherry tree one red haven peach one hale haven peach all dead.they came that way no luck at all. can you help me get live ones

No shipment,no response,took money

I ordered from Burgess in early May. They took the money for the order but never shipped it. I tried contacting them by email twice and got an automated response stating they would get back to me in a couple of days. No response yet. It is now going on the 2nd week of July. I'm trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt regarding their "Covid 19" hype. TThink twicwime will tell for sure but it's not looking good at this point.

Bee and pollinating insect garden did not sprout any flowers! I ordered 2 each at $19.99 MS8233 and neither one germinated anything. One in my garden and the other at my sons garden. We followed all instructions, and we have raised plants in our gardens for many years I ordered the bee and insect garden, plus some seeds on May 5, 2020. I have no problem with all my seeds, but wish the bee garden had worked for us, since we have many bee hives to support. My original shipping label has been misplaced, although I wish to inform your company that the bee mat does not have flower seeds that germinate or may lack them altogether. Thank you for your time on this matter.

3-Plants not doing anything.

My order included 3 Red Painted Daisy plants that looked like dried up weed when I received them. They look even worse after being in the ground over a month. How long should it take for them to look alive? I've tried calling the listed phone No. but it is on constant busy!

Burgess Seed And Plant Company - Problem solved
Burgess came through with a replacement Dawn Redwood. Unfortunately, the first Redwood was damaged in shipping. When I returned it a boxwood was sent to replace it. I complained on this site and wrote a letter to Burgess customer service. I received a replacement and although it was partially damaged again in shipping, I decided to try save this tree by using a grafting technique to mend its ‘broken body’. Grateful for the variety Burgess Seed and Plant Company offers and the willingness to guarantee their items. If items are damaged in shipping, I can at least try to save them. Thank you Burgess.
