I places my order in Feb. Received in late April in a large bag that resembled a trash bag.
All were bare root. There was nothing protecting the roots.
Received 2 dead trees, 2 live. Blackberries died after planting. Only received 1cherry.
Sent email no response.
Sent 2nd and was told they would ship missing plant. Have to send dead plants back with original invoice for replacements. Still have not received missing plant. Accidentally reached a live person by phone and was advised to send original invoice, dead plants and a short note of missing plants.
Otherwise, they will not replace them.
The free gifts didn't grow at all. Still waiting for replacements.
