My credit card was charged. This is the second text, no response. They have me address to notes sent at all. No phone calls.

Business is not run very well.

File a complaint with your State's Attorney Generals Consumer Protection. I have used it in the past and have always received great results, they go to bat for the consumer.

I provided copies of all my emails that I sent them.

Burgess does not care about the customer, all they want is ones money. A business as this does not need to exist.
