We ordered ~$60 worth of seeds/plants which included Mosquito Shoo Geraniums. We ordered these in Feb 2018. The seeds arrived in March 2018. The Mosquito Shoo Geraniums arrived in April 2018. They arrived with the root ball/dirt dry and looked dead. We quickly transplanted them to pots with new soil in them. Two weeks later, it was apparent they were dead.
We contacted Burgess seed call center on 4/21/2018. Even though they have record of our order in their system, they want me to PROVE that we bought them from Burgess. We didn't keep the shipping label, they wanted me to mail a copy of my bank statement showing where the debit occurred. NO WAY will I send them my bank statement.
The supervisor I spoke to was rude and condescending. I emailed Burgess
and received a canned response.
