My plants came dead. I never received the Iris bulbs.

The woman on the customer service desk told me without the shipping label there is nothing they can do. She told me the only way they could help me was by mail. No calls, no email. I told her I have pictures of the plants when they arrived.

She said I would have to send them copies of the payment receipt. I explained since the plants were paid for and shipped they would already have that information. She did not agree. She was not any help.

I got the feeling she tells people the same thing every day. They don't want to help anyone after the sale. I want my money back or my bulbs.

I will never do business with them again. Terrible company, no customer service.
