Crooks in the meaning of the word. Customer service is hard headed, impossible to deal with and underhanded conduct.

We ordered 3 red oak, 4 sugar maple, and 4 scarlet maple trees. Also, 9 blackberry plant. When we recieved the trees, we recieved the red oak trees and blackberries in one bag, and a couple weeks later we recieved the rest. It took sonlong for them to send anynof it that we thought they had forgotton or misplaced our order.

We ordered in late march and dint reieve the first shipment until almost june. They claimed they had to wait for the plants to be in season to ship them....never heard that before. ALL the trees and plants appeared dead when they arrived, even a scratch test verified this. We called and told them but were instructed to plant them anyway because "many of our plants arrive dormant".

They also sent a instruction and explanation paper to us saying the same thing. Also that if we wanted a refund we could send the plants back with the original shipping label, which was basically destroyed upon arrival on both packages. We were told we had to have them in the ground for at least 4 weeks before a refund was even considered. We did as they said.

The plants never came to life even after very careful attention. Again we called and demanded a refund, and that the labels were destroyed before they arrived. They told us that we could send the reciept and a copy of the bank transaction along with the trees and woykd honor a refund. We did that.

We waited and waited...never a response. Called again after 3-4 weeks and they said they hadnt gotten our return. We knew this was bs and demanded again that they look for it. A week later we called AGAIN and they admitted that they have our return but havnt gotten to processing it yet.

A couple weeks later we called AGAIN and they siad we didnt have the reciept or copy of the bank transaction in the bag. AGAIN we KNEW that was BS. We told them we've had enough of the runaround and want our money back NOW. They offered replacements and we said "NO!

YOU SEND YOUR PLANTS DEAD, WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!" Even after they had promised a refund after providing what they asked, they still wouldnt do it. All they could do is honor credit to thier company. Again we said " no, you send your plants dead, we dont want anything from you except for our money back!!!!!" They insisted they cant do that and the only option is a credit to the company. We said " fine then, it better be in in our hands within a week".

That was over a month ago and we still havnt gotten any notification or response from them. We have reported them to the better business bureau and found out that there are countless other complaints to the BBB.

This company needs to be shut down amd sued for all they have and return every cent back to the thousands of customers they've conned. Help us shut this place down!!!!
