Mold on bulbs

Tulip bulbs were molded then less than half came up Your warranty says you have to keep the original packaging my question is who does that

My recaent order

I have been trying to reach you about my order. I ordered 4 of the giant tomato trees and when I received them one of them was dead and I am hoping the others will live, just not sure yet. I also ordered two of the candy cane calla lilies and one of them was dead and the other is all brown so I don't think it is going to live. oh my gosh. I thought mine was bad but yours is from March.

It doesn't give me much hope for mine ordered the first part of April. The money is out of my account though. When I finally got through to them, they told me nothing had been processed yet! I replied that my money was processed!

CAn't find out anything. Unable to understand how they do business such as this.

I just hope I receive plants I paid for. Good Luck!

Where is my order

I had ordered 50 strawberry plants about April 1 and I have not heard a anything since I ordered . Only confirmation of my order. I cannot reach them by phone as I have tried many times. So I am trying e-mail, It is probably too late to plant them now for spring.

What a rip off

Well, after many weeks of delayed shipping the plants finally arrived today. I use the words "plants" in jest because what I got was a bunch of "former"plants as the contents have clearly been in the bags for way too long and have long since died. Of the total shipment, there was only two items at appear to have the slightest appearance of life.

Your service is about as bad as it gets. Got contacted on line with someone from on line about my problem. I may be dumb but I'm not stupid. Did not get anywere. I new more than they did. Did not help with my problem. How hard is it for someone to tell me about an order. If I don't receive my order in a timely matter just send a refund. Can't plant when it's out of season. Will complain to better business. Your the worst.

Attempted to reach Customer Service by phone. Line busy. Attempted to leave a message. Message line full and unable to leave message. Therefore, unable to leave a message for call back.

They don't want my business anymore.

My wife threw the bag away so we don't have prof that we bought the roses bushes so I guess they don't have records on their computer when we ordered them. I guess I will buy local!!!

Neglected order

Order sent April 4. Check was cashed by Burgess, but no seeds arrived. Received communication today saying that the order was found and is being processed. Yet I was apprised that I should be patient. I will never order from Burgess again.

No response regarding order. No way to contact them by phone.

I ordered nearly $100 of seeds nearly 3 weeks ago. My credit card has not been processed, so I can't cancel it. I've emailed several times, only to get a auto-generated response. I've tried to call several times. The computer voice says the phone is busy, then several beeps, and the phone disconnects. The worse part is that I don't know if they are going to send my order, or cancel it. No communication from them or any possible way to talk to a person about my order.

Didn't receive our order

Wrote our check on the 7th of April, you cashed it on the 15th of April and we still haven't received our order. Where is it? It is now time to plant garden and we have nothing.
