Can't get my refund

I placed an order for 16 green giant trees. $90. I want my refund. Ordered 6 months ago. Don't give these people any of your money. Got 5 dead sticks. Trees died in 4 days, close down. They are crooks.

We ordered 375 Strawberry plants and them late May planted and cared for them for three weeks out of the 375 plants only 7 have grown need to get refund after all this work would not want to spend the money time effort on planting any more of their product I would strongly suggest use of other vendor for your seeds and plants

$360.58 order March 24,2021 - May 26th - only 5 packs of seeds received. Over 100 phone calls and NO ANSWER on any of their 3 phone numbers. Deanne M Colledge, President must be broken AI - I have not found any intelligence in the company. Is Burgess a real business or just a scam?

No refund for returned products

I received my dead trees after they sat in at FedEx facility for 3 weeks. FedEx tried to get them to send me new products but they wouldnt. I sent them back immediately and 2 month later no refund. You call and get busy signal constantly but if you are persistent enough they will answer but it wont do you any good because they idiot on the other end of the phone will tell you they have no way to track the process because they are too busy. So disappointed with this company. Luckily Im only out $70 sounds like some people have lost hundreds of dollars to this company. Its sad that they can still operate and be rude and steal customers money.

I purchased 100.00 dollars in green giant thuja bushes half have died they were supposed to be quarantined as long as I kept the label they were sent in they would replace them I send them the amount that died along with what there was requested of me if they would die . I mailed it out to them in March as of may I still have not recived anything. I tryed phoneing, text with no luck by ph phone

This company needs to be shut down and put out of business. They take your money, have zero customer service and you will never receive your order. They will not respond to requests for a refund, your only recourse is to dispute the charge with your credit card provider. They mail out a beautiful mail order catalog but it is all a huge scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM BURGESS SEED AND PLANT COMPANY!

Order from any other online nursery, it has been 8 weeks and their customer service still cant tell me when my order will ship. When I ordered it said orders would ship in 3-4 weeks, this is a lie... customer support said it takes 3-4 weeks just to process the order and then it could be another 6 - 8 weeks before anything gets shipped.

What a joke!!!! This company is a fraud.

You can never reach them by phone because they have it off the hook being constantly busy. Whooooo says they will reach you by email in 4 or 5 days!!!! I place an order April 9i,2021 online and paid by credit card. Never received the order or an answer from them!!!

I'm disputing the charges.

Too bad for me and others that never received their goods because the catalog presents a whole different picture of beautiful plants etc.!!!!! Patty C.
