nothing has happened, I have received nothing, even though I paid by credit card. I want to know what is going on. The clematis was to be my mother'sday present. Now I want some answers, but would prefer living plant.

Purchase not received in three months!

I order three sets of two of the purple colored grass, forgot the name, on 03/06/2020, it's now 06/17/2020! I want a refund of $75 paid through PayPal.

Very unhappy with Burgess

submitted an order for seeds and plants in March 2020, and have not received most of it. The only thing I received was some dead tomato plants. I cannot reach the company to cancel the rest of my order and the planting time for this section of the country is way past, meaning nothing would grow even if I receive it now. Very unhappy, they have ruined our garden plans for this year. Never again!!!

Does not honor their replacement committment

I ordered a number of burning bushes and 4 clematis vines. The items were shipped much earlier in the spring than most plants Ive received from other garden supply merchants. I planted the items and all of the burning bushes survived as they were established. The clematis vines were just tap roots and didnt survive a late hard freeze. I sent the original manifest as they require and explained the situation requesting they resend the clematis vines. Not a peep! Would never order from them again and dont recommend.

VERY BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND

(This is the email I sent today) This is now my second message to you regarding my order #129****. I never received a message back. So I am now sending a second message. On April 19, 2020 I ordered a number of plants. Today is June 15th and I still haven't received anything. At this point I am canceling my order and I want a refund of $63.92 sent back to my credit card. I am less than pleased with your service. I do wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. My review too, will not be pleasant. I expect my refund to be back on my card by the end of this week or I will be getting in touch with the BBB. Thanks for nothing.

3-Plants not doing anything.

My order included 3 Red Painted Daisy plants that looked like dried up weed when I received them. They look even worse after being in the ground over a month. How long should it take for them to look alive? I've tried calling the listed phone No. but it is on constant busy!

Didn’t get items ordered an they cashed check

Did get a rsvp from them but just a long song and dance as to the covet 19 issue effecting their business! No real promise date for my stuff! Some were seed for planting this last few days!

My plant/seed purchase

I placed an order for 4 Roma tomato plants, 4 mortgage lifter tomato plants, 4 California wonder pepper plants, a top hat blue berry bush, perwinkle, white Carolina pineberry, Yukon gold potato, onions, strawberries and some creeping phlox. I received 2 different packages one had the tomato plants and the peppers. The plants came all gnarled, like they had been grown in a confined space, that is the ones that were still alive. Burgess seed &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;plant company substituted the Roma tomatoes with beef steak tomatoes, 1 dead and 3 half dead, all in bad shape. The second package had everything else, including the blueberry bush I ordered. The package was a green plastic bag and inside was a note telling me my plants, which were not in pots, were "dormant" not dead like they appeared. The blueberry bush was broken of course due to the poor packaging, the potatoes and onions were mushy and wormy, the periwinkle, phlox and white Carolina pineberry never came out of being "dormant" . The strawberries are struggling but I don't hold out much hope for their survival. I will NEVER order from Burgess seed and plant company again! I am so disappointed. My advice to anybody out there considering ordering from this company DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been invoiced for my order on 5-25-20, but I have yet to receive the order.

Ordered product on 4-28-20. Invoice for the order on 5-25-20. On 6-4-20 I e-mailed the company for an expected delivery date. On 6-4-20 I received an e-mail reply saying that "due to unprecedented demand it would take 3-4 business days" to have my concern addressed. It is now 6-12-20 and I have had no response from Burgess Seed &;; Plant Co.

Unable to contact. received 1 "red bird in a tree" which was only about 1 inch long without roots. I had ordered 2 of these trees and paid for them when I placed my order.

I do NOT have my trees nor do I have my money back. Your so called "company" is a disgrace to the nursery industry. I either want 2 trees that will survive and are much larger than 1 inch or I want my money back $ 18.49. I would prefer the money since I really don't trust your supplies. By the wasy, I showed the plant to some people and they actually laughed. What a joke!!!!!Never

Terrible service

Still waiting for an order I placed in April. You've been paid...check cleared the bank in April. If items are not on their way now, canel order and refund my money!! All I get on your customer "service" number is a busy signal. Don't bother sending me any more catalogs.

Lack of service

I ordered $156.63 worth of plants on or about 4/17/20. My check for the full amount cleared my bank for payment on 4/22. I have not received a single one of those items yet, nor any communications to inform me if I ever will. All I get is a busy signal when I try to call. This is the last order you will ever receive from. If I do not receive my order in full within one week from today's date, I DEMAND a full refund, or I will contact the Better Business Bureau!!
