I called on 6/19 and spoke to Brandon. He advised me I would receive a refund but not for the full amount because they shipped some plants after I cancelled my order.

I told him all of the plants were dead. I even told him the creeping phlox were rotten. He wanted me to return the plants in the original package. I told him I had thrown them away but had a picture of the packing slip from the original package.

He said they couldn’t accept pictures. I would receive a refund in the amount totaling whatever they did not send. It would be 287.79.

I explained they also sent another package that I refused at the post office. He said they had not received it and when they did an additional 39.99 plus tax would be issued.

I just spoke to another customer service representative. This was number 5.

His name was Mike and I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. He was rude, he would talk over me and contradicted everything the previous representatives told me about canceling my order and my refund. I even asked him to pull the calls from the previous representatives. He argued with me about what they told me.

He kept reading their policies, which I have read numerous times, and said that’s what they would’ve told me. It was not what they told me. He would not transfer me to another representative or a supervisor. He told me no one was available and I would have to call back again or wait on hold.

I told him I would wait. He told me it would be over an hour until a supervisor came in. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes and was then disconnected. I called back and Mike answered again.

I told him we were disconnected.

I told him I wanted to continue holding to speak to a supervisor. He then said, “I can sit on hold I don’t care, I’m getting paid.” I told him I would call back in an hour.

I sent various emails to cancel my order in May and the beginning of June. I got no response from the company. I called on 6/7 and spoke to a customer service representative. He advised me their computers were down and I told him I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a full refund. He told me the order would be canceled and I would receive a full refund within 30 days. Today I received a package with part of my order. I called, they had no record of cancellation and will not refund my money.

Ordered a product among others. It was probably about $10. I was also to receive two 'bonus" plants. One of the bonus plants did not arrive. Neither did the $10 product-- "We're out of stock." [Then why advertise it?] "We don't give monetary refunds. Here's a coupon which will expire in 12 months which you can apply against your next purchase-- for which we will charge you $10 S/H."

This is a scam, not a plants/seeds distributor. The mailed in paper catalogue looked legit but they sell only pretty images. Write to their customer care email and you will automatically receive a message that they respond in 4-5 business days and that expect delivery in 3-6 weeks. I have called dozens of times and written and after 8 EIGHT WEEKS we started receiving trickling in plastic bag wrapped bits and pieces as part of the large order, ALL EXCLUSIVELY DEAD plants, brittle dry twigs instead of plants. They refused to give any delivery estimates, refuse to answer to any message requesting to reimburse any funds, no offer to send any replacements. There is no customer relations. They probably dump the dead trash from an actual nursery but this is not a legitimate purveyor of live plants.

Still have not received all of our order, some plants were dead when they arrived. Can't contact company, just will except our loss and tell as many people as we can about this.

Corn stalks not producing corn.

Ordered & received Packet #6118 (Hybrid sweet corn - Peaches & Cream early). Planted same the 2nd week of MARCH; according to the destructions on the envelope. Am now the proud 'Farmer' of 40 6 foot tall stalks of corn PLANTS and not one single sign of a cob forming. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

Unethical company!

DO NOT ORDER PLANTS FROM THEM. They send the plants at the end of June and expect them to live! They do not honor their guarantee and lose the original label that you are required to send for plant replacements.
